RCM2 Introductory Course

The Aladon RCM2 methodology is an internationally recognised best practice methodology designed to help asset owners develop and optimise maintenance tactics for plant and equipment. RCM2 when successfully implemented is proven to deliver considerable savings through reductions in unplanned down time, improved quality and reduced maintenance costs.

This course enables participants to realign their thinking about maintenance and its multi-disciplinary position in all industrial enterprises. It provides the initial basic training requirements for all RCM2 analysis team members.

The approach taught on the course conforms fully to the SAE JA1011 standard on Reliability Centered Maintenance processes.
